Kim joined Dodds Wealth in March 2025, bringing with her a diverse professional background spanning health care, mortgage lending, and software startups. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Denver and thrives in roles that combine precision, adaptability, and service.
With a strong focus on data management and process optimization, Kim plays a pivotal role as Executive Assistant in helping keep the Dodds Wealth team organized and running smoothly. Her varied experiences and problem-solving mindset enable her to support both clients and colleagues with efficiency and care.
A proud Denver native, Kim has a lifelong love of travel and rarely goes anywhere without a good book. Outside of the office, you’ll often find her reading, exploring new places, or playing the Irish bodhrán—a traditional drum that reflects her appreciation for rhythm, culture, and craft.
