Bio

Brent joined our team in 2020 as the Operations Manager. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Colorado State University.  Prior to his arrival at Dodds Wealth, Brent worked as a Business Analyst for a broker/dealer located in Denver. Because of his previous experience working with over 130 financial firms, Brent brings a deep knowledge of systems, trading, and ways to improve service to our clients. Brent became a partner at Dodds Wealth in 2023.

As Operations Manager, Brent’s goal is to provide the best possible experience to our clients. He oversees the Operations team, documents training standards, and analyzes organizational processes to improve quality and productivity. Brent is glad to be a part of the Dodds Wealth Team and believes the team environment is the key to success.

Brent was born and raised in Westminster Colorado where he grew up riding horses and performed trick riding in local rodeos. Brent and his wife Maddie, love to go camping, hiking and four wheeling with their two dogs, Oakley and Ruger. He, his wife, and daughter Emery live in Castle Rock, Colorado where they enjoy working on projects around the house and fostering dogs for a local rescue.
